Concrete repair
Securing and repairing damaged concrete. Stabilization of affected areas and a structural approach to prevent further damage.
Problems with façades or roofs can’t wait. And as a property manager, you can’t afford any uncertainty. Not towards the VME, not towards the owners, and not towards yourself.
RAM intervenes in a targeted way, without heavy setups or prolonged disruption. Quickly on site, clear in communication, and always with a report afterwards.
We identify the cause—whether or not based on the findings of an engineering consultancy—and address it at the source. No symptom control, but a solution that prevents further damage, including in the long term.
Loose slates, profiles or concrete pose an immediate risk to residents and passers-by. We secure them immediately and provide durable repairs where needed.
After a storm, every day counts. We arrive quickly, secure the site, and carry out repairs to limit further damage. You can immediately inform the owners correctly.
This allows you, as the property manager, to stay in control of the file and inform your owners correctly and transparently.

No. Our employees need to be able to safely access a roof in order to set up rigging and hang ropes. That cannot be done from a gabled roof; we almost always start from a flat roof.
Yes. Rope access is one of the safest methods for working at height. Our technicians are IRATA- and VCA-certified and work according to strict procedures with double backup, fall protection and continuous risk assessment.
You will receive a prevention sheet in several languages in advance via the property manager.
In general, we ask you to clear your terrace, close any sun blinds, remove or close insect screens, and take possible loss of privacy into account.
Never walk underneath the works, do not touch the ropes, and leave any open doors open: they are our escape route.
Ropes are only installed during the work and are removed again the same day, unless the project lasts several days. In that case, the ropes are pulled up in the evening and hung out again the next day.
Tell us what’s going on. We’ll take a look and get back to you with a concrete approach.
